Brian Hartman brings more than 35 years of industry leadership and technical expertise to Precision Service & Installation. Throughout his distinguished career, he has become one of the industry’s most respected resources in the design, specification, and application of operable wall systems. His extensive background includes serving as General Manager and National Sales Manager for Hufcor, Inc.’s Southeast Region, where he provided leadership, technical guidance, and sales support to teams throughout North America while helping shape some of the industry’s most complex and successful projects.
Brian’s expertise extends far beyond product knowledge. As a Certified Construction Specifier (CSI) and Construction Documents Technologist (CDT), he possesses a comprehensive understanding of construction documentation, project coordination, specifications, and the collaborative process that brings architects, engineers, contractors, and owners together. His experience allows him to bridge the gap between design intent and practical field application, helping project teams develop solutions that are both architecturally refined and operationally successful.
Working alongside architects, designers, general contractors, and owners, Brian provides invaluable guidance throughout the pre-construction process, including conceptual planning, operable wall layouts, design development, specification assistance, budget analysis, value engineering, and construction document review. His ability to anticipate project challenges, recommend practical solutions, and ensure systems are properly coordinated has earned the confidence of design professionals and contractors across the country.
