While the General Contractor or Construction Manager oversees the entire project, PSI focuses exclusively on managing every aspect of our specialty systems. From preconstruction meetings and site evaluations to material coordination, installation scheduling, field communication, commissioning, and project closeout, our Project Managers serve as the primary point of contact for our portion of the work, helping eliminate surprises and keeping projects moving forward.

Operable wall systems, recreation facilities and specialty building products often require close coordination with structural engineers, architects, framing contractors, drywall installers, ceiling contractors, electricians, finish trades, and facility representatives.
