PSI evaluates the full system including tracks, carriers, trolleys, panels, seals, closures, alignment, hardware, acoustic performance, and finishes to determine what actually requires attention. When the underlying wall remains serviceable, compatible legacy replacement components, mechanical corrections, panel recovery, seal renewal, acoustic improvements, or broader remediation may restore dependable performance while reducing demolition, disruption, and unnecessary capital expense.
