I hope you are both doing well.
I wanted to thank you and your team for the excellent work completed during the track replacement and the semi-annual preventive maintenance in the ballroom. Everything was completed professionally, and we truly appreciate your team's efforts.
During the visit, your technician pointed out that the track in Salon C is showing significant wear. Although it is still operational, I would like to be proactive and request a quote for the replacement of the Salon C track before it becomes a larger operational issue.
Additionally, as we discussed, please provide a proposal for replacing the wall covering (wallpaper) on the operable partitions in Salons D, E, F, and G. Your technicians collected all the necessary information while they were on site.
Lastly, could you please send me the invoices for both the Salon A/B track replacement project and the semi-annual preventive maintenance that was recently completed?

Just a quick drive by to say THANK YOU for the excellent work that was performed in our Emerald Ballroom. Your Team was extremely fast and efficient with their time to get everything done in the window of time that we had... which I very much appreciate given how hard it is to find a window in our very busy schedule in order to take our main room offline for the time we did.
The airwalls look great, and glad we spent the extra for textured pattern. Photo’s attached.
That leaves Ruby, which should go even faster given that it’s smaller.
I wanted to get projected times on your radar now. Given what I see that your crew brought in terms of equipment (and not have to move it in and out of that space multiple times)... August is a bit chopped up which is better suited for the guys doing the trim work and paint in there...
If you need more options, then let me know... but we really start ramping up again towards the end of September.
